The best in Westchester! Pam has been teaching throughout Westchester for over 30 years and at On Hudson for 20 of those years. She is certified in over 30 fitness methods and brings her style & grace to our studio!
Pam's daughter and also an incredible highly motivated fitness instructor who gives her all!
Stacey has been part of the fitness community for over 25 years. Group exercise instruction sparked her interest in 1991 while rehabbing from ACL surgery at a gym in her hometown of Chicago. Since then, she acquired certifications through AFAA, SCW, and Fitour and has taught thousands of adult and kids’ fitness classes in the Chicago and New York suburbs. Her class formats include step aerobics, high/low aerobics, interval circuit training and weight-resistance training. Also, Stacey is one of the only certified local instructors who teaches Corebar--a one-of-a-kind cardio/strength/balance class using a uniquely-shaped, lightly-weighted bar. With her flair for choreography, she engages her classes and challenges participants with fresh, energetic, and innovative routines. Stacey also uses her exercise expertise outside the gym as a proficient, certified, at-home personal trainer for individuals and small groups.
John is a National Aerobic Champion and Triple “A” National Champion, as well as a former gymnast and figure skater.
He also used to dance with the Joffrey Ballet Company and other national dance companies on top of being both a musician and a composer.
As for fitness, John has been involved in the fitness industry for 30 years, and has been a group exercise instructor for the past 23 years. His teaching experience includes Kickboxing, High/Low, HIIT, Stretching, Ab-Blast, Power Sculpt, & Cardio Pump, Some of his special classes include Total Body Conditioning, Burn, Dance ‘n Funk!
