Located in Hastings, NY, New York Goju Karate Association / On Hudson Fitness & Dance has produced champions in life as well as in the performing and martial arts.
Headed by James and Andrea Chillemi and a staff of expert instructors, New York Goju Karate / On Hudson Fitness & Dance offers a number of programs for dance, physical fitness, and instruction in martial arts.

2009 SPRING SPECTACULAR
Congratulations to all the students who performed in the 2009 Spring Spectacular on Saturday. It was an amazing show. A special thanks to all the parents, teachers and students for your help and support in making the show a huge success!

Come try a class in karate, a great workout for the mind, the body and the spirit. We offer All Womens' Karate classes every Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:15 a.m., Teen-Adult Karate, all belt levels from beginner through black belt, every Wednesday evening at 8:00 p.m. and Parent child Karate every Saturday at 12:15p.m. Our DANCE PROGRAM is fast becoming one of Westchester's best! You can view any of our classes through our state of the art in house video cams. Stop by and see for yourself. Don't forget about our fabulous fitness program with the best instructors in the metro area!!
