Come try a class in karate, a great workout for the mind, the body and the spirit. We offer All Womens' Karate classes every Tuesday mornings at 9:15 a.m., Teen-Adult Karate, all belt levels from beginner through black belt, every Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. and Parent child Karate every Saturday at 12:15p.m. Our DANCE PROGRAM is fast becoming one of Westchester's best! You can view any of our classes through our state of the art in house video cams. Stop by and see for yourself. Don't forget about our fabulous fitness program with the best instructors in the metro area!!
